E-01 Error Code (Low Battery)
Issue: E-01 error code displayed, indicating a low battery.During Rainy/Cloudy Days or Night:- Advise the customer that the battery may not charge well due to weather conditions. Recommend connecting to the grid to conserve energy.
During Sunny Days:- Clean the solar panels if covered with dust.
If the Issue Persists:- Check the polarity of the panel input to the battery using a multimeter. Correct any wrong polarity or disconnection.
- Inspect charge controller settings and adjust if necessary (Absorb/boost: 28.8V, LVD: 23.5V, LVR: 25.6V, Float: 28.8V).
